Services and pricing

Velo Square offers a full range of service, repair, assembly and custom work options. If you need something that isn't listed just get in touch

Bikes vary greatly in their specification, so to make sure we have the right parts available for your service we might ask for pictures of your bike or for a short video call with you before your appointment. Alternatively, if we're going to be in your area on other work - and if it's convenient for you - we may ask to drop by and inspect your bike in advance of your service.

Unless otherwise stated all prices are for labour only, with parts & materials charged in addition to the labour cost unless those parts are supplied by you and we've agreed (in advance of your appointment) to fit them. Where we identify an item requiring replacement we'll let you know in advance what the cost will be in addition to the relevant service fee.

*All bookings and work are subject to our Terms & Conditions. If theres anything you're unsure about please just ask us.

What's a 'dirty bike fee'?

A dirty bike makes servicing really difficult, so if we have to clean your bike before we can start work we'll need to charge for the time it takes. We're not expecting a showroom sparkle but it'd be great if you could give it a quick clean before we get to you.

Here's how: BIKE CLEANING TIPS
